"**Book Review: *Breathe* by Kristen Ashley** Guys, I just finished this one, this one's a total win! Kristen Ashley just knows how to write stories that feel like movies in your head. The setup? Classic but so good: a broody sheriff with a dark past, a shy-but-sassy librarian, and a murder mystery tied to the sheriff's ex-wife. Oh, and the whole town is rooting for him. But why? You gotta read to find out! The romance is electric, the suspense keeps you hooked, and the small-town vibes are *chef's kiss*. A solid 4.5/5 from me! Quote to leave you thinking: *"The best heroes always have scars. If they didn't, the heroine would have nothing to do. It's her job to help the hero let all that stuff go in order that her man can be strong enough to fight on but when he's with her he's free to just 'breathe'."* rust me, you'll love this one!"

And wow, I did NOT regret it! 😱 The heroine, who endured the worst kind of trauma 💔, is now being married off into another mafia family—while carrying a secret no one knows. 🤫 It's heartbreaking, gut-wrenching, and yet… so beautifully written. 💕 And the hero? 😍 Let me just say—he's different from your usual broody, emotionless mafia men. At first, I thought he'd be the cliché "cold but secretly soft" type, but nope. He genuinely struggles with emotions, and there's a deep, real reason behind it. Watching him navigate his feelings while being the perfect balance for the heroine? Absolute perfection. ✨ Their chemistry is just chef's kiss! 👏🔥💋 Would give it 5/5 ⭐"

The male lead In comparison to previous books, I thought, "Yeah, this guy? Certified psychopath." But reading his story, just mind blowing. The female lead? A straight-up firecracker. She doesn't just hold her own—she matches his energy, making their dynamic explosive in the best way.
